Website Relaunch
In an effort to better articulate the products and services offered by League, we relaunched the website with messaging that highlighted key benefits in a more human-friendly way.
eBooks
A key insight about our target audience of HR professionals was that they felt ill-equipped to counsel employees about health insurance and the benefits available to them. I crafted an eBook series that covered the fundamentals of group health insurance, introduced the concept of Spending Accounts, and offered a detailed guide to the specific Spending Accounts offered by League.
Product Positioning
When League launched a new suite of Virtual Care services for their members, we needed to clearly articulate the messaging hierarchy in ways that instantly conveyed the value of each service.
